One of the areas that Mark will specialize in is Mediation and Conflict Resolution concerning issues dealing with the Elderly. This might include some of the following subjects, all of which are chosen by the parties;
- Housing arrangements, such as what might be the best and most appropriate housing and/or facilities
- Up-keep of an existing home, including repairs, maintenance and safety
- A "living will" and perhaps trust and estate concerns
- How the Elderly will remain safe outside the home, such as driving and companionship and relationships
- Discussions might take place about power of attorney and other legal items that need addressing or amending by an attorney
- Financial Planning
- Health care planning
Remember, this agenda or any agenda, is created by the parties and is strictly confidential and voluntary. Also, all mediation regarding the Elderly should include the Elderly person to the extent that he or she is physically, mentally and emotionally able to do so.
In addition, Mark will also provide Mediation and Conflict Resolution in the area of Business, Business Relationships (partnerships, etc.) and Human Resources issues based on his many years as an entrepreneur.
Over 40 years of business experience has given Mark the insight to partnership relationships and personnel matters that only time can provide. Having been responsible for over 1000 employees, over many years, there are few personnel issues or employee concerns that he has not had to deal with.
